Meet Cindy Peterman, a multifaceted expert with an MA in Gerontology/Aging Studies and a licensed nurse specializing in geriatrics and long-term care. Armed with a diverse professional background that extends to being an independent health, Medicare, and long-term care insurance broker/agent, Cindy has spent her career deeply immersed in helping others. Her passions go beyond her work, she cherishes reading, hiking, spending quality time with her husband, and playing with her dogs in the beautiful landscapes of Oregon.

Her journey as a writer was rekindled when a close friend experienced a personal crisis. She felt compelled to create a tool that would help them uncover their inherent self-worth and inspire them to radiate their inner strength to the world. Thus, “365 Journal Prompts for Self Love” was born. What makes Cindy’s journal stand out from the rest is its positive orientation, avoiding any major focus on negative or unpleasant experiences.
